Why Should You Choose Tennis?
 

- Tennis is trending now! Cities from Australia to America are awash in short pleated skirts, tennis dresses, and polo collars that can make everyone look like they  are a tennis player. Sales of women’s tennis apparel spiked 22% in the U.S. between the beginning of the year and August, while men’s tennis apparel saw a 19% increase.

- Tennis fits everyone. It does not require big muscles or large physique. The current Italian champion Jasmine Paolini is only 5'4". The legendary tennis player Roger Federer does not have big muscular arms.

- Great workout. Tennis offers the fun and anaerobic activity that few sports do. Tennis players use nearly every muscle in their body. In addition to short sprints, there are constant changes of direction. It is a good sport for fitness, strength, and agility.

- Mind development. From alertness to tactical thinking, tennis enhances the neural connections in your brain. Playing tennis will stimulates your mind in ways that other sports do not.
